1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MoodSIM services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

MoodSIM provides digital eSIM products for mobile data connectivity. Our eSIMs are delivered electronically and can be installed on compatible devices. eSIMs are digital goods that cannot be returned once delivered.

3. Eligibility & Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services
  • You must have an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device
  • You are solely responsible for verifying device compatibility and carrier unlock status before purchase
  • You are responsible for verifying network coverage in your destination

4. Payment and Pricing

Prices are displayed in your selected currency. All transactions are processed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Litecoin, and other supported coins) as payment methods. All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Cryptocurrency Payments: Orders paid with cryptocurrency are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. By choosing to pay with crypto, you acknowledge and accept that refunds cannot be processed for these payments.

5. Auto Top-Up & Saved Payment Methods

MoodSIM offers an optional auto top-up feature that automatically adds data to your eSIM when your remaining data falls below a certain threshold. Alternatively, you can topup manually to your existing eSIM balance at any time.

  • Authorization: By enabling auto top-up and saving a payment method, you authorize MoodSIM to automatically charge your saved card when your eSIM data runs low (typically below 300MB remaining)
  • Charges: Auto top-up charges will match the original package price. You will receive an email confirmation for each charge. If a charge fails, we will NOT attempt to retry it and your auto top-up will be disabled
  • Disable anytime: You can disable auto top-up at any time through your eSIM settings. If payment fails, auto top-up will be automatically disabled
  • Saved cards: We do not store your full card details. All payment information is securely handled by Stripe, our payment processor
  • Refunds: Auto top-up charges are non-refundable once the data has been added to your eSIM

6. eSIM Activation

  • eSIMs must be activated within the validity period specified
  • Once activated, the data plan begins according to the activation type
  • eSIM QR codes are for single use only and cannot be transferred
  • You must enable Data Roaming for the eSIM to function in most destinations

7. Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a simple refund policy:

  • Not installed = Full refund - If your eSIM has not been installed on any device (QR code not scanned), you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Installed = No refund - Once the eSIM has been installed on a device (QR code scanned or one-tap install used), it cannot be refunded

8. Fair Usage Policy

Some plans include fair usage policies. Excessive usage may result in reduced speeds as specified in the plan details. This is not grounds for a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

MoodSIM is not liable for network coverage issues, carrier restrictions, temporary outages, or device incompatibilities. We provide services through third-party network operators and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
