Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if your eSIM has not been installed on a device . Once an eSIM has been installed (QR code scanned or one-tap install used), it is considered used and is non-refundable.
Top-ups are initiated by the user and are also non-refundable.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, we cannot process refunds for orders paid with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc.). Please ensure you have verified your device compatibility and selected the correct plan before completing a crypto payment.

Before Purchasing

To avoid issues, please verify the following before buying:

  • Your device supports eSIM (check our compatibility list )
  • Your device is not carrier-locked
  • You selected the correct destination country
  • The data amount and validity match your needs

Having Issues?

Most connectivity problems can be resolved without a refund:

  1. Check our troubleshooting guide
  2. Enable Data Roaming in your device settings
  3. Make sure the eSIM line is set as active for data
  4. Restart your device

How to Request a Refund

If your eSIM has not been installed on a device and is within 14 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
